Let’s go back to the roots and do it with style =))
Good Vibes Day Out started with a Hike & Wine event in Colares. Love for great wine and food is in our DNA. And after 3 years of exploring trails in Portugal, making friends and enjoying local food and wine, we are bringing back Hike & Wine in the format that elevates your standards of how the after-hike chill can be.

The hike will take us through the magical Peninha area, one of the most atmospheric parts of Sintra, known for its deep forest, wild nature, and dramatic coastal views. Along the way, we’ll walk through shaded forest paths and pass several beautiful viewpoints.
The hike is moderately challenging: around 9.5 km, with approximately 300 m of elevation gain, and will take us about 3 hours to complete at a relaxed group pace.
*We meet at 10:30 in Peninha area in Sintra. Once you register, you will receive the info with the meeting point and the link to the event whatsapp group to coordinate and connect.

After the hike, we’ll arrive at our food & wine spot, where everything will be ready: glasses, wines, tasty bites, and a beautiful setup in nature.
Think of it as a wine bar that appears in the middle of nature for one afternoon only.
We’ll create a one-time outdoor wine corner with a relaxed yet beautiful setup, wines to taste, proper wine glasses, and tapas-style food that goes beyond the usual picnic. Expect that slightly magical feeling of discovering something special in the middle of the forest.

Guided by the certified sommelier.
Wine list is inspired by a fresh ocean breeze:
Natural rosé bubbles from Quinta do Javali
wild, alive, and beautifully unserious in the best way
fresh, fruity, a bit rebellious
Patrão Diogo Branco 2023
fresh Atlantic white with citrus, green apple, floral notes, and mineral finish
light, dry, crisp, dangerously easy to drink
Nat Cool Bairrada Tinto 2021
lighter, fresher, more playful expression of Portuguese red wine
made to be served chilled

To keep everyone happy, grounded, and not too inspired by the wine, we’ll also prepare a tapas-style outdoor lunch.
Think simple, beautiful, flavourful bites that go perfectly with the wines and the mood: salty, fresh, crunchy, citrus-led.
*While registering, let us know if you have any allergies.
“I had such a nice weekend organized by Anna. The group was a nice size and we had a great glamping site to stargaze, camp in tents, and relax.”

“I was nervous about joining alone, but from day one, I felt welcomed and supported. The Alentejo location was breathtaking, and the activities helped me connect with myself and others in ways I didn't expect.”
